Omaha Council of the Blind Meeting and Activity

The Omaha Council of the Blind (OCB) invites you to join us for our monthly meeting on Thursday, February 12 at 7:00 p.m. This is a great opportunity to connect with fellow members, stay informed, and learn about an exciting new resource for the blind community.

Attend in person:
First United Methodist Church – 7020 Cass Street, Door #6
Doors open at 6:30 p.m.

Attend virtually:
Join us via Zoom.

Along with our regular business, we are pleased to welcome special guest Terry Nord, who will present valuable and practical information about an innovative new mobility tool for individuals who are blind. Terry brings both professional insight and personal experience, and we are grateful to Patti for helping arrange this presentation.

Whether you join us in person or online, your participation helps keep our organization strong and vibrant. We encourage all members and friends to attend, ask questions, and be part of the conversation.

Meeting Activity after Zoom: We will be filling plastic eggs with candy for the Easter Egg Hunt to be conducted at Boys Town. Please come to help in this project and enjoy the festive atmosphere of giving your time to promote a fun day to the children at Boys Town.
